Buffrd sends SMS messages (appointment reminders, booking confirmations, payment links) to your clients on your behalf. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP to any message. You are responsible for ensuring your clients have consented to receive SMS communications from your business.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
